RCI Perimeter Assembly El Colorado Plant

This project, developed at the El Colorado Sawmill Plant of our client Arauco, consisted of the assembly of 2,500 linear meters of RCI (in steel and thermofused HDPE), with the respective connection to the pump room and constituent elements of the network, in addition to start-ups inside production halls and subsequent start-up.

Assembly of the Detection and RCI System
Bimbo Chillan Plant

This project, developed at the Bimbo Bakery Plant in Chillan of our Ideal client, consisted of the assembly and start-up ofl Fire Detection System based on Notifier equipment and MSA gas detection, together with the RCI perimeter of the warehouse in steel, with interior starts, rapid attack cabinets, among others.

RCI Perimeter Assembly Plant Inchalam Talcahuano

This project, developed in the mesh and nails plant of our client Inchalam, consisted of the assembly of 1510 linear meters of RCI (in steel and thermofused HDPE), provision of a pump and constituent elements of the network, in addition to starting inside the production halls and subsequent commissioning.

Protection of Electrical Rooms Line 3 MAPA Project

Flagship project of our client Arauco, in the expansion of its Line 3 of Horcones cellulose, which involved the protection of 23 buildings for electrical and control rooms, divided into 31 rooms to be protected with 3M Novec 1230, Janus Fire Systems equipment and 34 rooms to protect with Stat-X from FireAway Inc.

The supply, assembly, and start-up were developed.

Talcahuano Bio Bio Cement Plant

This project considers the supply, assembly, programming and start-up of automatic fire detection and extinguishing systems, based on Stat-X potassium aerosol and FM-200 clean agent, for electrical rooms of the Talcahuano Plant of our client Cementos Bio Bio .

Protection of Electrical Panels with Stat-X Aerosol
Nueva Aldea Playwood Plant

This project, developed at the Nueva Aldea Board Plant of our client Arauco, considered the Supply and Assembly of 387 Condensed Aerosol thermal units (Stat-X) for the protection of electrical cabinets and panels of 18 Electrical Rooms.

Engineering, assembly and commissioning of SPCI for dust filters in Arauco remanufacturing plants

This project involved the design, engineering, assembly and commissioning of SPCI for the protection of dust filters in critical areas of the panel and remanufacturing plants of our client Arauco, located in Yungay, Horcones, Nueva Aldea and Valdivia.

Protection of Critical Electrical Rooms in Arauco Pulp Mills

This project consisted of the execution of the engineering, supply, assembly and start-up of the automatic detection and extinction systems of fires, through Stat-X Condensed Aerosol.
Work was done on the protection of 96 electrical rooms, considered critical within Arauco's production processes, in the 5 Pulp Mills in the country.
