El Colorado Plant Perimeter RCI Assembly
This project, developed at the El Colorado Sawmill Plant of our client Arauco, consisted of the assembly of 2500 linear meters of RCI (in steel and thermofused HDPE), with the respective connection to the pump room and constituent elements of the network, as well as start-ups inside the production halls and subsequent commissioning.
Assembly of Detection and RCI System Bimbo Chillan Plant
This project, developed in the Bimbo Baking Plant in Chillan of our client Ideal, consisted of the assembly and start-up ofl Fire Detection System based on Notifier equipment and MSA gas detection, together with the perimeter RCI of the building in steel, with interior starters, fast attack cabinets, among others.
Perimetral RCI assembly Inchalam Talcahuano Plant
This project, developed at our client Inchalam's nets and nails plant, consisted in the assembly of 1510 linear meters of RCI (in steel and thermofused HDPE), supply of pump and elements of the network, as well as start-up inside the production halls and subsequent commissioning.
Protection of Electrical Rooms Line 3 MAPA Project
A flagship project of our client Arauco, in the expansion of its Horcones pulp mill Line 3, which involved the protection of 23 buildings for electrical and control rooms, divided into 31 rooms to be protected with Novec 1230 from 3M, equipment from Janus Fire Systems, and 34 rooms to be protected with Stat-X from FireAway Inc.
Supply, assembly and commissioning were carried out.
Installation of fire detection and extinguishing systems in electrical rooms with Stat-X and FM-200
Cementos Bio Bio Talcahuano Plant
This project involved the supply, assembly, programming and commissioning of automatic fire detection and extinguishing systems, based on Stat-X potassium aerosol and FM-200 clean agent, for electrical rooms of the Talcahuano Plant of our client Cementos Bio Bio.
Protection of Electrical Panels with Stat-X Aerosol Spray Terciados Nueva Aldea Plant
This project, developed at the Nueva Aldea Switchboard Plant of our client Arauco, included the supply and assembly of 387 thermal units of Aerosol Condensate (Stat-X) for the protection of cabinets and electrical panels of 18 electrical rooms.
Engineering, assembly and start-up of SPCI for dust filters in Arauco's remanufacturing plants.
This project involved the design, engineering, assembly and commissioning of SPCI for the protection of dust filters in critical areas of the panel and remanufacturing plants of our client Arauco, located in Yungay, Horcones, Nueva Aldea and Valdivia.
Protection of critical electrical rooms at Celulosa Arauco's pulp mills
This project consisted of the engineering, supply, assembly and commissioning of automatic fire detection and extinguishing systems using Stat-X Condensed Aerosol.
Work was carried out on the protection of 96 electrical rooms, considered critical in Arauco's production processes, in the 5 pulp mills in the country.
